These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pharmacy Weight Loss Nuneaton online weight loss clinic. By registering or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Nuneaton is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Nuneaton and the surrounding area. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if, in the clinical judgement of our pharmacist, it is not appropriate or safe for you. Providing false or misleading information during consultation is a serious matter and may result in immediate termination of your treatment.
All weight loss medications supplied through this service require a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber. Your medical questionnaire will be reviewed by our pharmacist, who may refer you to an independent prescriber where required.
Approval of any prescription is at the sole clinical discretion of the prescribing professional. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. We may request additional information, recommend alternative treatment, or signpost you to your GP if appropriate.
Prescriptions cannot be transferred, shared, or used by anyone other than the named patient.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment technology.
Prices displayed include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, any change will not affect orders already confirmed.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, you will receive a full refund of any medication cost paid. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed.
Once your prescription has been approved by the pharmacist, orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked service to your registered UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address details provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive or signed-for deliveries.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispensed and dispatched for a full refund. Once medication has been dispensed, it cannot be returned or resold under UK medicines law, and refunds will not be issued except in cases of error on our part or product defect.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
